# Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the GEO/AEO Scanner service published by BLOCKTORING SÀRL. By creating an account, you accept them.

## The service

GEO/AEO Scanner audits public web pages across 12 dimensions (visibility to AI assistants and accessibility), produces reports, ready-to-apply fixes and ready-to-integrate files, and, depending on the plan, offers AI analysis, visibility measurement in answer engines, the real-browser test, site crawls, monitoring, an API and an MCP connector.

## Plans and quotas

Plans, prices and quotas are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of use. Quotas are applied automatically. The Enterprise plan is an annual contract; its AI features are subject to a fair-use ceiling set out in the contract.

## Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for the actions carried out with them.

## Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully, not to bypass quotas and not to use it to overload third-party sites. Analyses follow the frequency and volume of your plan.

## Results and generated content

Scores rely on published rules; they measure how readable a site is, not its ranking. AI-written content and answer-engine responses may contain errors and vary from one query to the next: check them before publishing. No visibility result is guaranteed.

## Liability

The service is provided with due care. The publisher’s liability is limited to direct damage and, for paid plans, to the amount paid in the previous twelve months.

## Changes

These terms may change; significant changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect.
